Paul McCartney Declares: “I’M NOT DONE YET!” — The Got Back Tour 2025 Is On, and It’s Already Legendary

Sir Paul is back — again — and fans are screaming louder than ever.

At 83 years old and still outpacing artists half his age, Paul McCartney just dropped the news that his Got Back Tour 2025 is officially ON, with 19 dates across North America starting this September. Whether it’s his third, fifth, or ninth “farewell tour” is anyone’s guess — but let’s be honest, no one wants it to end.

🚀 “As long as the Earth spins, Paul tours.”

That’s the unofficial fan slogan these days. And honestly? It fits.

When the tour teaser hit social media on July 9 — a cryptic post showing two guitar picks, one reading “Got Back in 2025” — fans already knew something major was coming. By 8 a.m. ET the next day, it was official: Paul McCartney is hitting the road once more, with a mix of arenas and stadiums lined up for the fall.

The Got Back 2025 tour kicks off September 29 in Palm Desert, CA and runs through November 25 in Chicago, with stops in major cities like Las Vegas, Montreal, Denver, Atlanta, and Nashville. Notably missing this round: New York, L.A., Toronto, Miami, and Boston — which already has fans speculating about a potential spring extension.

💥 Pre-sale goes live July 15 at 10 a.m. local time
🎟 General on-sale starts July 18 – you’ll need fast fingers for this one.

🛫 Still Got It… and Then Some

McCartney wrapped up his globe-trotting 2024 tour with an unforgettable double-header at London’s O2 Arena — and he didn’t leave quietly. In a once-in-a-lifetime moment, Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones joined Paul onstage to rip through “Get Back.” Just when fans thought the night couldn’t get any more surreal, Ringo Starr appeared during the encore to perform two Beatles classics: “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)” and “Helter Skelter.”

That wasn’t the only McCartney magic of 2024. Earlier this year, he played three sold-out nights at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom, a 575-capacity venue, where tickets were just $50. Yep — Sir Paul doing intimate club shows for the price of a tank of gas. Then he followed it up with a surprise performance at the SNL 50th Anniversary Special.
