‘She’s Stirring the Pot… She’s Dangerous for My Game’: Explosive Tensions Erupt on The Traitors as Rachel Clashes with Secret Traitor Fiona

Tensions have erupted on The Traitors after the shocking reveal of the series’ Secret Traitor — and it didn’t take long for sparks to fly. Viewers were left gripping their seats as original Traitor Rachel turned her suspicion firmly toward newcomer Fiona, accusing her of “stirring the pot” and threatening her carefully planned game.

At the start of the BBC One hit, host Claudia Winkleman selected Rachel, Stephen and Hugo as the original Traitors. But in a dramatic twist, Rachel secretly chose Fiona to join them — a move that would soon backfire. Fiona’s identity was finally revealed in an explosive episode, and almost immediately, cracks began to show.

When Fiona entered the Traitors’ Turret for the first time, her presence visibly unsettled Rachel. Speaking candidly to the camera, Rachel admitted she was nervous, warning that Fiona was likely to “ruffle some feathers.” Those fears were quickly realised when Fiona told others that Rachel’s name had been linked to suspicions of being a Traitor.

The moment proved too much for Rachel, who later vented her frustration in a private confessional. “She’s so unpredictable,” Rachel said. “She’s stirring the pot — and she’s very dangerous for my game.” The tension between the pair was unmistakable, setting the stage for what many believe is an inevitable betrayal.

Fans were quick to pick up on the clash, flooding social media with predictions of an upcoming showdown. “Rachel and Fiona are playing totally different games,” one viewer wrote, while another warned, “I just know Fiona is going to throw Rachel and Stephen under the bus.”

The Secret Traitor twist — introduced for the 2026 series — has already transformed the game. Fiona, a local government officer from Swansea, managed to deceive both Faithfuls and Traitors alike, even influencing murder decisions behind the scenes. When her identity was revealed, Rachel was left speechless, gasping in shock as Stephen jokingly called Fiona a “minx.”

Far from hiding her delight, Fiona embraced the chaos. “I will do my best to be as treacherous as possible,” she had promised Claudia Winkleman — a vow she appears to be keeping. “I’m drunk on power,” she later confessed in the diary room.

With alliances already fraying and trust rapidly dissolving, viewers are convinced it’s only a matter of time before Rachel and Fiona turn on each other — proving once again that on The Traitors, danger doesn’t always come from the Faithful.
